Here are the Store polices for Ancestral Star as outlined below. 1)All goods are shipped out in the UK Recorded Delivery ,Special Delivery is available for next day delivery providing your order is received by 7.30pm it will be posted out Next day on Special Delivery.This does not mean if you purchase at 8.30am in the morning that it will be posted that day .It won't get posted till the following Day.Most Recorded Items are posted within 48hrs of Purchase. 2)For items abroad All items are posted International signed For within 48hrs of Purchase. 3)If you wish to pay by Cheque ,becuase you do not have the required Paypal acount or credit card .We will accept this ,but you must email us prior to placing your order.All cheques must clear before goods are dispatched to you,which can take up to five working days. 4)All watches come with a Manufactures Guarantee for either 12 months or 24 months dependent on Brand. 5)All LiULi glass is Guaranteed for 3 months against defect.But these should last a life time if cared for. 6)Refunds are given on Faulty goods within 28 days of purchase after that you will be bound by the Manufactures Guarantee if a Watch and it will be up to you to send back to them for repair.If a Jewelery product like LiuLi Glass if returned to me within the Guarantee period .within 28 days i will refund or after this i will replace ,but if not in stock i will reorder for you but please remember this could take 3-4 weeks to arrive. 7)Will will NOT refund simply because you have changed your mind.But if within 7 days of purchase you decide you wanted another item from our range instead then we will exchange at the cost of the extra postage to you and of course any difference in the cost of the item. 8)On a Final note Customs in Italy are quite complicated and even though we will send to Italy please remember it can take 3-4 weeks for goods to arrive.So please don't purchase from Italy if you are not prepared to wait this type of time frame for your goods.
